I give out bad advice.

I was out yesterday on my 14 and little 136 board. I'm ready to try the surfboard thing with straps, or maybe even strapless. Strapless sounds so naughty!

Please give me advice on this!

What should be my criteria and what is a good deal?

Thanks

go to the coast and buy an old beater shorty surf board. I bought a 6' 2" like 6 years ago because I dodnt know anything about surfing and though 6' was enough for oregon. Never have been able to ride the board on a single wave (thats why the board was cheap). But I held onto it and low and behold, I can now use it for kiteboarding in light wind. Riding strapless is a lot easier than I had expected.
