I think some of those shots are from Fort Desoto in St Petersburg, Florida, my old stomping grounds. I've found pretty soft butter at the sandbar in the kiddie pool, but you have to take off your fins and hit it earlie before all the crowds get out there. Its a haul to get up there and wind is usually gusty as hell but its still fun.
