I just need to find a place to make them and then I think we should be good to go. Ideally the cost per shirt would be $15 or so. We could always start with a simple design for the first batch.

Check it out. This site allows design and purchase of t-shirts and lots of other items. Here's the link and my first try at designing Dax's personal shirt. Laughing

pkh give April a call at Blue Mill....Heather's cousin, they do nice work

They are local, around the block from me. Sometimes supporting local biz & meeting face to face with a human bean is better than online shoppin, specially for design stuff....might work a bro deal too

Thanks for the heads up Tomas, I will follow up with them.

I like the Rash guard idea, but I think we should start with t-shirts. I got some ideas for one now... Very Happy

Okay guys the T-shirt thing is definitely on, we can do as many designs as we want... any new ideas or favorites from this thread? after looking at this a couple months later I don't really like any of MY original ideas. any time I think of something I just usually come back to the northwest kiteboarding theme and branding.

Let me know what you all think. This is your chance to dream up an idea and see it happen. Something that stirs the stoke and has broad appeal.

Also if any of you are artists, especially ones that can draw cartoon/comic style characters... email me! I think some sick stuff could be done in the Kiteboarding Art category...

How about:

"It's kiteboarding, what could possibly go wrong?"

Or what Margarate told me when I met her in Hatteras and asked her about kiting in the Gorge:

"It's windy as shit....sucks for kiting."

Okay I created a "Message" gear section for all of our ideas, here's a couple I put together so far:

"it's windy here" / northwest kiteboarding

Slither's "barge bait" / nwkite.com (barge bait is on the back)

"local" / nwkite.com (hard to see in pic but the columbia river is laid in behind the local text)

I can do alternate colors or shirt styles (like long sleeves or hoodies), so let me know if you are interested in something like that.

Keep the design ideas coming!

How about :
Addicted to wind, water & sun.

I pump my kite rock hard.

I always kite with my eyes closed, do you feel lucky!

Size matters!

Just placed my order, thanks Phil for your hard work. I love the girls line of nwkite, the pink and blue looks sweet. I think I am going to have to buy one of everything. Proud to rock the nwkite clothing line. Thumb's Up

How about "Size Matters, go big!"

We could put it on one of the girls shirts. Wink
