Hi all, I'm making several outdoor kiteboard benches using old directionals and twintips as the seat and back. If you have any old boards laying around (broken is fine), please let me know. Much appreciated. 916.337.8051

Let's see some pics. I know of a few people who have chairs made of skis and a fence made out of old skis too.

Here's the first prototype. Couple things I'd do differently but it came out alright.

To answer your question, it's very doable but I'm not sure how comfy a snowboard seat bottom would be considering they're signifigantly narrower than a twin tip, wakeboard, or surfboard.
