Anyone tried both of these and have a preference and why?
Mostly will be used for carving swell, foot swaps, as well as learning to tack, 360 etc. I'm currently on the foil works 115cm.
Thanks! |

I have the KS 37, and have ridden the DwarfCraft. They are very similar boards, with minimal size/volume/swing weight, where you really feel what the foil is doing.
I would say buy whichever one you can actually get your hands on, which is what I did a few years ago.
If you can get either one, KS construction is very strong, light, and waterproof, with no option for foot straps or hooks and only 2 positions for the mast. DC is a bit heavier but still very light, not as strong, has an open cell foam core that can absorb water if you ding it, and has multiple foot strap inserts and the normal adjustable mast tracks that will accommodate more foils. |

I’ve been riding the DC 100 for a year and love it. I ride strapless. Mast track placement will accommodate large and small wings. The KS 37 felt s bit too short to me, but I’m 6’3”.

Did the KS feel "sticky-er" when you might have tried a touch 'n go footswitch? I went from the DC to the KS and noticed this immediately. Forced me to commit to progression. _________________ CGKA Member

Mostly noticed that it felt a bit short. |
