It's a vaccume in the gorge right now. Sauvie's going to fire or what?

You all know it better than I do, but thinking of heading in from the Hood with a pile of gear...

I think tonight has a way better chance of firing than tomm.

-7 from the North now...and heating up....supposed to push to the 80's, so I think it's a go.!!!
63 in Astoria, and 70 ish in P-town. still looking ok..

-but wait for some more replies....

There is a 4 millibar pressure gradient between Astoria and Hood River. This + heating in Portland + a 12 pack of beer + Jones Beach is already working + I'm dying to get some riding in = Sauvies will work.

Dude...It's gonna blow...
Stronger than yesterday for sure...
Currently, the wind direction is promising - looks very good.
Temps @ the coast and Portland also looks good...
It's about 1:15 and Portland is still going to get warmer....

So like I said, It will blow, but you probably won't need your 5-9 meter unless you have chick weight....
My strong hunch - better bring the big guns out.... Wink

Haven't you guys seen "Awake" think it's a tronalone film from like 02' or 01'.....

-someone goes out on I think three Cabrinahs stacked..... looks pretty crazy.

I will check my videos and see which one it's on.
