Shame on Mr. Chater, or in this case, Mr. CHATTER- TOO-DAMN-MUCH!! When people get hurt or die in this sport, it's because they did something stupid or careless. Ive been drug around, picked up, slammed down, and tossed because I didnt pay enough attention. But THAT SH#T DOESN'T NEED TO BE PUT IN AN INTERNATIONAL MAGAZINE. My MOM might see it! We struggle to keep our kite spots free from scrutiny as it is.
The warning labels on our gear already puts a negetive connotation on the sport, we didnt need this.

Yeah, and stop wearing helmets and impact vests. And dont even get me started on wearing a wetsuit in the winter time...HELLO!!! Humans are warm blooded just like whales, right? So stop it! It makes our sport look dangerous.

Hopefully, we can get some much needed regulation, mandatory education, licensing, and policing in our sport. Then the only "safety gear" allowed will be kneepads and chapstick, but only at Rooster.
