Sat Oct 10, 20 9:22 am Wifi In El Sargento/Ventana |
|
|
My family and I are thinking about renting a place in El Sargento for a couple of months this winter. However, we have 3 kids and 2 adults who need wifi for work/school.
Has anyone had any luck with wifi down there? Brought boosters or have any tips to get adequate wifi?
Trying to figure out if we can make it happen. Thanks for any insight! |

There is reliable internet via wifi and cell data. Quite a few people share DSL service which is cheap but the more people online, the slower it gets. A few people have Satellite internet. We video conference and stream no problems year round with our DSL service from TelMex. We also have a mifi unit and buy cell data sim cards for it direct from Telcel just in case. Were a mile past Oscaritos and get fantastic reception.
I'd make a point of checking with who you rent from. _________________ "I have often regretted my speech, never my silence" ~Xenocrates

The more people the slower it gets , and during the busy season it really gets bogged down . It doesn't matter how many boosters you buy it has a small pipeline coming in . _________________ butch simones |
