Had no idea, I know some people make and sell these on their own. Wonder if you can just drop old kites off at REI??

I'm literally getting nickel and dimed to death at the grocery store because I can't remember to have storage bags in my car.

I think grocery kite bags would be steezy......Dangler maybe you and Airtime can collaborate to keep them out of the landfill? I'd buy, especially if you used my old donated kites because there is a lot of sentiment tied up in those threads. Idea

I foresee a big yellow "SS Turbo Diesel" bag in my future.

Looptworks is in Portland. https://www.looptworks.com/pages/about
Contact them and tell them to come out some weekend and pre-arrange a drop-off of all our old kites.
They could make up some bags and return to the Event Site and sell the bags back to us all.

I already have mine - it's awesome!

Roxanne has been doing this for a while also (when she's not in Baja).
packs, bags and wallets, etc. from old kites and sails
you can usually find her with a booth at the swap meets

I have ben making those since the beginning of kiting. They make great curtains for vans as well. Even made a boat top from a North Rhino 20.
