The sandbar has been getting bigger and bigger everyday this week. i've been saving the pictures. Hopefully the water will go down even more tomorrow so we'll be able to clean all the logs / debris out of our flatwater pools
many thanks to the port and army corps of engineers for making the water level drop happen on schedule
i sure hope the wind blows today, so i cen get my fix

Forget burning up the logs on the sandbar ... I'm sure these guys could just use it for target practice and shape it whatever way we want! (photo from the sandbar parking lot)...
