Arlington Launch Improvements

One thing to also remember is that the water levels will lower greatly over the next two months, resulting in the shoreline possibly becoming a bit steeper/rockier, and the rock walls much higher.

These are also levels in which some of those knee/ankle banger bolders may reappear.

Always remember that the water levels do change throughout the season, and in some places this may drastically affect your river access and wind obstructions.

In a location like this, never expect your launch or landing to go smoothly.

We do recommend sticking with the marina basin launch/land\. It does present a longer accessway for reaching the river, but it also provides you with a back up plan if the shit hits the fan or if your kite launches with issues.
Launching via the windsurf launch gives you very little chances, if any, to recover from a problem launch/landing.
