I have been using the PKS generic ones for the last 4 years. 5m up to the 17 flite.
No problems although after 12m I have to fold the kites a little tighter for easy bag entry.

I would try REI, next adventure or Andy and Bax. They might have some larger compression bags.

I like to use an individual compressioin bag you can suck the air out of. Put one kite in each. Suck the air out and load into larger carry-on. I brought a 10m, 8m and a bar that fit as a carry on.

How do you remove air when time to go home?

I just packed a 16m into a vacuum packing bag. Jumbo sized bag. It worked great, shrunk it way down and made it manageable. I got my bags new at Goodwill, but they're something like these:

https://www.amazon.com/SpaceSaver-Hand-Pump-Double-Zip-Turbo-Valve-Compression/dp/B00X8KSKF6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1484009671&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=vacuum+storage+bag&psc=1

You can make an attachment out of a pvc end cap so you can remove the air with your kite pump on the return trip- or that amazon listing comes with some sort of pump, too.

Here's the packed pic: https://goo.gl/photos/HKefcMW7atPC8nux8

And the kooky leak-testing-in-the-house-pic:

And kiting some light wind in Indonesia: https://goo.gl/photos/mAdr66g4TwTYd7f39

Happy travels.
