Don't know what the wind's like, but if this is anywhere near Proposal Rock, the beach is huge. Haven't been to Neskowin since I was waaaaaay little though.

coastal waters from florence to cape blanco or out 20 nm-
waters from florence to cape blanco or from 20 to 60 nm-
847 am pst sat mar 3 2007

...small craft advisory for hazardous seas remains in effect
through late tonight...

.today...n wind 5 to 10 kt. wind waves 2 ft or less. w swell 9 to
10 ft at 10 seconds. patchy fog in the morning.
.tonight...n wind 10 to 15 kt. wind waves 3 ft. w swell 8 to 9 ft
at 10 seconds. patchy fog after midnight.
.sun...s wind 5 to 10 kt...rising to 10 to 15 kt in the
afternoon. wind waves 2 ft or less...becoming 3 ft in the
afternoon. w swell 7 ft at 10 seconds. chance of showers.
.sun night...s wind 10 to 15 kt. wind waves 3 ft. w swell 6 ft.
chance of showers.

bust it is out here as well, it is blowing 8-14mph at dougs beach, so lyle might work, but i doubt it.

Did a landboarding downwinder on the coast. A little light, but a good time all the same w/ the 5m foil. Smile
