Looking for a Wetsuit

Hi. I'm looking for a wetsuit for kitesurfing.
Live in Nebraska. Warm summers, cold winters.
Probably just going to use it in april, may, and november. (the other months are either too cold or too warm)
Any ideas? What do you think about the Promotion 5/3 Storm Wind with ADV skin. Thanks a lot

So what water temps are you looking at? 40 in the winter 60 in the summer?
In general dress for crash survial in your worst case seniaro conditions.

Never been in warm water to try it, but maybe you could go thicker (5/4 - 5/3) in the winter then go bootless during the summer.
