Well, we got back from Cozumel yesterday and had a blast, even though the wind didn't quite deliver. I definitely thought Adrian deserved a thread of his own however. This guy was first class all the way. 
When we arrived, he had someone at the airport just to make sure that things were ok, and see if we needed any help getting rental cars or finding our place to stay. He never failed to make himself available to answer our questions. The guy also knows EVERYONE on the island. He helped to set up some diving trips with a guy he knew.
The one thing that really stood out for me however was when my wife was ina scooter accident. We stopped by his shop to ask where to go for hospital care, he drove my wife to the hospital, sat there while they stitched her up, and even managed to get us a "locals" price on the health care. this is of course in addition to the kiting trips we took with him to the lagoon.
So if anyone is taking a trip to Cozumel, you are missing out if you don't hook up with Adrian. Oh yeah, and his restaurant probably serves the best food on the island

Spent Christmas in Cozumel, ate at Adrian's restaurant twice, took a lagoon trip with him. Super guy, really appreciated his time. Went to the east side of the island earlier in the week, on a borrowed kite, he made sure I was set up well, and not a danger to me or anyone else... 
Went to the lagoon towards the end of the trip, it was my "break through" Managed to stay upwind the whole time. What a great feeling to return to the beach exactly the same spot where you left it  Adrian was out in the boat at first, giving me pointers.
I highly recommend a lagoon boat trip in coz with Adrian, for beginners it gives you a huge amount of confidence having the boat following you around... Going to the lagoon isn't a bad thing for non-kiters either, wife and mother-in-law went and had a great time.
He also hs access to a few spots around the island that tourists cannot get to...
