Just throwin it out there
Lookin for about 1000-1500 sq ft of space to lease for 2-3 months for an upcoming fabrication project. Mid august - october ish
nothing fancy
closer to Hood River the better. might be willing to go as far as the dalles or north bonneville if the price is right
NEEDS
-concrete floor
-220v power at 30 amps (at least with a panel capable of this - I can have the right breakers and plugs installed if needed as long as there is sufficient service)
-good lighting
-8' wide door (roll up, sliding, swinging, doesn't matter)
-decent driveway or approach
BONUSES but not necessary
-heated space
-restroom
My fabrication process is very clean and when I leave it'll be like I was never there
