spent the last couple of days at rufus. great winds and swell.
bigger crowd on sunday but the lighter winds on monday morning kept the kiters away, but then it picked up and swell magically formed.
feeling great getting the foilboard out in the lightest breeze and then take it back out for the crushtantic nukefest in the swell

Windski:

Yes, Stringy has been a great poster; especially as of the last few years...but you are relatively new on this forum.

Some other excellent classic posters are:

TravisBrickleRex

PDXMonkeyBoy

And of course the Dangler.

nope.
I've given most of my focus towards foil development. no time for mounts!

I visited the OTO facebook page and it appears to be a product with a 3D printed gimbal mount for Gopro with electronics to keep the frame level with the horizon.

Its a 1 axis stabilization as far as I can tell. the actual shape and size is a mystery till they roll out the product but based on the test video it seems to work well.

It still seems to be in the testing and pre-production stage.

You can briefly see it hanging on the kite lines in this video at 0:15

sounds like someone already has that type of mount dialed.
you should totally get one and make some video with that oto mount.
