If you are going to fight this, you need to establish the information in the petition is false or miss leading. Just saying it is surf spot is not good enough. Read though the petition. www.oregon.gov/OSMB/docs/Petition%20Request.pdf

Yes, there are a few fishermen who want you out. It has been surf spot as long as I can remember.

Anyone know the outcome of this petition? Was it approved and now in effect? If so, is kitesurfing at this beach effectively shutdown?

And, when people refer to launching at Pacific City - is this the spot?
