you can rent a board and or kite from 15knots.com in isla verde close to the airport.

I like to stay there too in Marbella (next to 15knots) or ESJ , at around $125+ a night.

You can also stay at trespalmasinn.com is a mile or 2 further west
and closer to condado for $125-$200 per

Villa Verde Inn (not on the beach, no website) with a very busy Highway between
the beach is only $80 but moderate walking distance, use the overpass. Never stayed there . close to 15knots

You can kite @ either beach right in front of your pad.

Things may get crowded @ the beach on weekends in isla verde, but
will almost completely clear out on weekdays. You should have enough
space if you walk a little west away from the weekend partiers.

You'll get nice big waves this time of year 1/2 to a mile out where the reef is.
Caballos, way upwind and NorthEast, I've seen break 30+ feet.

Wind is from NE, waves usually 3-8ft+ on the outside, chop on the inside. wind 15-22knts

What was the wind like there? Did you KS?

Last time I was there 32 years ago it was REALLY CLEAN 15-20ft waves and offshore wind at the time....(probably why foolish teenagers go)
I only surfed back then, but got my ass handed to me and broke my board.....

In the first pic you can see the outer break, which was fun to ride with enough wind. Had a few days out there.....
Wishn I were there now.....

Here's the hotel room view; you can see 2 kites near 15knots Smile
