Weird / sad story. Nothing on the windsurf forums yet. Anyone know what happened?

STEVENSON, Wash. -- The body of a 38-year-old Portland woman was found at a popular Columbia Gorge windsurfing site called Swell City.
Jennifer Gouvea and her car were spotted about 3 p.m. Saturday at the spot on SR14 east of Stevenson.
The Skamania County sheriff's office and the Region 4 Major Crime Scene Investigation Team processed the scene through Saturday evening.
"This incident is currently under investigation," said Undersheriff Dave Cox in a prepared statement. "We are awaiting autopsy and toxicology, as well as other evidence collected results to assist in determining the manner of death in this case. At this time this incident has not provided any indication that the citizens of Skamania County have anything to fear."
