Ive spent quite a bit of time on Tahiti, Mo'orea ,Huihine, Raiatea, Tahaa, Bora Bora in short yes there is Kiting in all of these areas.. Most have barrier reefs with nice flat water inside and peeling waves at the passes.. One of my favorite spots was on Mo'orea west side at Ha'apiti.. Great spot with awesome Peeling left at the pass.. I think there is a surf house called Marks place or something like that...
