Looks like someone accessed the user control interface and started to play with the settings. It's been that way since the blowout event of last month.
Cam direct web management access is here:
http://205.162.201.46/control/userimage.html
The control to reset the armed active function is behind a user/pass option. One of the admins there needs to go in and clear it, then the box will go away.
