and now for kiting right-of-way....
the guy on the blue kite is on a starboard tack. he has very old gear that won't cost much to replace. he had a couple beers in the parking lot, and just finished smoking a bowl before hitting the water.
the guy on the yellow kite just got off of work. he has been staring at the wind blown trees all morning. he is riding strapless, and he doesn't need a wetsuit. he is on a port tack.
the guy on the purple kite is unconscious. he is wearing an ice hockey helmet.
who has the right of way?
