				| Sunday Hawaii had it's 4th shark attack in 20 days. That is humans bit not boards. Water seems a little scary these days. |

The water is a little bit tenuous lately.

Here's a great database of Hawaii shark attacks by year. The average is about 5-6 per year. The most recent ones aren't added yet until the final verdicts come out:

Thank god the ocean is as flat as a parking lot right now. No temptations to battle the odds. _________________ --------------------------------

A friend of mine who has always lived on Maui suggested that it was shark mating season and that is why they are all in close. He seemed to think that was common knowledge. I have no idea. Anybody ever hear that ? _________________ Ozone Reo's. C&k Beach Boy Service, Windsurfing Waikiki, Hawaiian Windriders, NSRN. |

So, did the German woman who was attacked and lost her arm get attacked where the kiteboarders board was chomped upon?

What is the proximity of these 4 attacks in relation to each other? |

				| A friend told me a kid was bit surfing on the big island. Heard he will be on and not lose his legs along with being able to return surfing. One happy outcome!! |
