I already reserved the room but I will pay later this morning.
I will keep track of how much we get in and any extra can go into a party fund for next year.
Thanks for all the offers on the projectors! Apparently the room has a screen so we are set there, got to find out about the sound system too...

Good suggestion, but I'd really like to hold it in PDX so we can be halfway between the coast and the Hood.
We could vote on the two locations though...

The majority seems to be into the PDX idea, so I am going to book the Lab... We'll do $5 a person, pay via paypal: http://www.paypal.com

My wife's birthday is on Jan.13th. I was thinking of telling her, "Honey, lets go to dinner at the Lucky Lab we've never been there and it would be nice to try a new place" then pretend that I had no idea there would be a kiteboarding party hummm

Looks sweet, I haven't put my CC down for the Lab yet (but I got the room.) The gal is out of the office until Monday, so if all of a sudden $300 ends up in my Paypal account before then I can get the Screening room instead.

Since the Lucky Lab is a beer and wine bar, anyone know how much "soda" those new Reef sandals hold? 
Otherwise a flask might be required!
