Thats my 98 year old grandma - who lives 5 miles from kite beach at Juno Beach, FL.

Blessed this weekend with 20-30kts and six to eight ft seas. Some pics of the local rockstar.

Very Happy You can tell a good kiter when you see even the fish want to jump into his shorts pockets for a ride through the surf. Very Happy

Good G, more from the West coast migration... Don Johnson's been hosting our pasty white asses for the last three days... with the exception of yesterday we've been rigging 7's. Boynton to Delray downwinder on Sat where Don managed to get wrapped under a swim area rope that was anchored offshore about 300' and crusted with barnacles,,,, .. very painful. He must not have paid the Troll, yep there's several here too LOL....,,,,!!!!!! Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad Twisted Evil Cool .

We decided to let the wound dry out and drive to Islamorada with the Best crew. From Sat afternoon-night through Sunday night when we drove home we did 2 10 mile downwinders and a sesh at Whale Harbor. Dis place IS the home of flat water... check out this Islamorada vid on the Best site for a taste of the flatness - this particular place is the sickest but there are plenty of mangrove islands/hammocks to find more of da same http://media.bestkiteboarding.com/videos/hedge_movie.wmv. Don't laugh there isn't anything flatter, longer and more satisfying that I've ever seen. Yeah, in FLA there are mirrors everywhere Cool

Picked up Slither at the airport Mon a.m. and went to Mattheson Hammock in Miami. Straight outta Clackamas my hos

Tasty. Barnacle Don looks like Freddie Kruger! Nice Board Slither, or is it CrackR? Shocked

What is that liquid spewing in the first photo? Or is that question best left unasked?

West Coast Love Connection.

Monday was epic - six foot shore break detonating in the sand takes some adjusting - not everyone made it out - after taking 16 to the head began to figure it out.

Here is some local scenery shots as promised.

Sell the kids i'm not coming home!

No, outfall from the Intercoastal Waterway. Big seas and tides force the water out of the canal in a few spots.

No wind yesterday... Gman met us at the cable park. Don blasted so many power moves I couldn't believe it. We NEED one of these on the West coast. Anyone know some investors? 1/2 million gets you in. Your skills improve dramatically in a single 2 hour session. Sorry the pics are dark, it wasn't too sunny & all I have is Paint.

We're off fishing today Cool ...cry us a river.
