And the number is: Total number of kites sold for the 2006 model year: 114,465 Number of SLE/Bow/Hybrid kites sold for the 2006 model year: 77,836 So only 32% of all kites sold in 2006 are C's and the figures will surely drop for 2007 when the remaining sector of the kiteboarding market cottons on that the C is dead. Lumping hybrids in with the rest of the flat kites might confuse things a bit.
