| The USVI or BVI's are Great. So are most of the leeward and windward islands. Been to Hawaii and Mexico-- the carribbean islands rock! |

what EVERYONE else said...i'll go to any and every one of those places. especially Vietnam and Brazil.
one that i never thought of is the tip of Oman. i have buddy living in Dubai and he says the thermals are daily and the waves are solid. and the beaches are empty. |

probably not 12m, but NE. no offshore wind for me, not now anyway. maybe i'll give rooster a try
