Its that time of the year when the old excuse of ,only a few good days are left this season, is pulled out of the closet. I told my wife the other day that if the wind looked good I HAD to go to the beach because it may not blow again for a while. On that note, I sure hope it blows on the south coast today. I love chummin' Twisted Evil

Yeah, it's important to convey the sense of urgency all year round.

Spring - Honey, I've been waiting all winter for this, I gotta go!

Summer - Sweetie, it's the heart of the season, if I don't get it now, then when?!

Fall - Cutie, it's almost over, gotta go!

Winter - These perfect days in the middle of winter are so rare, how can you ask me to miss out?

yeah but for the coast i think the late spring is the prime. you get the mackin swell with the long days and the potential for small kites all rolled into one.

how often do you even get to pump the tiny kite after Sept 15? I don't think I've ever done it. But in April it can nu-huke and have scary swell at the same time.

I had on of my best wave days of the year yesterday! Riding, a um, waroo 5 Confused the waves were smooth and good sized . On a five I had tons of power and there were no white caps, butter on the waves and 5.0, life was sweet. only a few braved the 200 yard visibility and head plus waves Twisted Evil Twisted Evil Twisted Evil . 3 out of 7 days as a married man on the water, while working even. I think that western nebraska will no longer be a slingshot stronghold, unless they step it up.

and if I was going to tell my wife what to do ,I would have bought one Laughing
