| I lived in Spain and rode Tarifa three years ago when I was learning....that is an average day. They think nothing of it. I would go out maybe 100yards, turn and come straight back to the beach cuz I was so worried about crossing kites. But a little East of Tarifa it gets less crowded, by Girbralter.
