Just looks weird to me when you're not, but then again we're all about style, right? Cool

Donny, or is it Booya?

Suspiciously similar post on Ikite. Shocked

"what's up with the boardshorts over the wetsuit thing? lame..."

This topic has been completely hashed over. Please do a search on "boardshorts" if you really want to relive all the great debates.

You can't just wear boardshorts over your wetsuit, you have to wear them halfway down your butt so they hang low. Some guys wear shorts 4 sizes too big and and belt to keep em baggy.

Measure how far past your knees the bottom hemline goes, that's your steeze factor. Very Happy

personally i think speedos are more punk rock than baggy shorts. i'm a divided soul, this time i go with the gangsters

i gotta cover my ghetto booty somehow, maybe i should just use running shorts?

PKH-- Sounds like we need a Poll on this one

Should Kiteboarders wear board shorts?

A: Yes, no one wants to see your bulge
B: No, I want to look like a windsurfer

Avoid having your Beach Look like a Sausage Factory

The best way to feel like your not at your local Costco meat section is to be sure all the local boys wear board shorts over their wetsuits. With a highly male populated sport, please respect others and wrap your package with a nice pair of boardies. Although this may had never hit the windsurfing beaches, let’s make the effort to keep it covered at the kite beaches. Could you imagine seeing a wake boarder wearing a full wetsuit with no boardies, it just wouldn’t look right!

Pkh is pretty close on the steeze factor thing. Definately gotta have some good saggage with the board shorts, I tie mine onto a pair of shorts under my board shorts to get a good amount of sag. So everyone now you know! You can stop asking me how my shorts stay on, im aware of the lowness of them!

It's a must at the coast, otherwise you just look like a black little seal... perfect for BIG shark to chomp on when you're chillin' in the water! Surprised
