You gonna buy one, Phil?!? That'd be awesome though. Go hauling straight at the water, kick up the wheels, and take off through the surf.

I don't know about this one... just doesn't look too safe. Shocked

Awesome!!!!

Hopefully its a two stroke model like jet skis so that unconsumed gasoline and oil spew into the rivers and oceans!!

(by design, 2-strokes spew raw fuel (which is a gas/oil mix) out with the exhaust)

Sorry to be so poopy pants. Even though jet skis are hella fun and I even had one as a kid, I cringe when I see them out on the river now.

Often times when things are designed for more than one purpose they don't excel at either. i.e. McGreggor sailboats that come with a 60 hp outboard. Sh*tty sailboat, sorry excuse for a ski boat.

Wow, those would be perfect for La Ventana - especially for instructing! I wonder how spendy they are - 50MPH on land and water with the flick of a switch. Very Happy

FYI New two strokes are direct injected and are as clean burning as 4 strokes. They also weigh alot less.

yeah, but without exaust valves, wouldn't the exhaust still be mixed with unburned gasoline?

I don't see how you'll get as clean of a burn anyway... If oil is being injected to the mix, then there's still more oil "ontop" getting burnt, then there would be with a 4-stroke and a closed oil system.

2-strokes sound cool and you can rev the piss out of them.
4-strokes smell better, especially on race gas or meth! Wink

Here is some info.....

Low-Pollution Engines Reduce Air and Water Pollution

The Problem with Outboard Marine Engines
New Hampshire has hundreds of lakes and ponds and thousands of miles of rivers which provide outdoor enthusiasts with many opportunities to enjoy time on the water. Until recently, most outboard boat engines and personal watercraft (PWCs) were powered by conventional carbureted two-stroke marine engines. The problem with these engines is that they are very inefficient in their use of gasoline and oil. According to some studies, in older carbureted two-stroke engines as much as 30 percent of the fuel passes through the combustion chamber unburned, releasing hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, and toxic constituents of gasoline directly into the environment.

Low-Pollution Marine Engines Now Available
Low-pollution marine engines are now available that greatly reduce hydrocarbon and toxic air emissions, and reduce the release of gasoline constituents into waterways. These low-pollution outboards come as four-stroke or direct fuel injection two-stroke engines. Although these low-pollution engines may cost more (about 10 to 20 percent more than the old carbureted two-stroke engines), they provide many economic and environmental benefits, and are consumer friendly.

Benefits of Low-Pollution Marine Engines

Burn 35 to 50 percent less gasoline, which translates into fuel savings.
Use up to 50 percent less lubricating oil.
Reduce air emissions by 75 percent.
Reduce water pollution by reducing the amount of gasoline released into surface waters.
Are significantly quieter, and reduce smoke and fumes.
Provide easier starting, faster acceleration, and quicker throttle response.
Are less disruptive to wildlife and better for New Hampshire’s environment!

ALL motors 2 stroke or 4 stroke smell better with race fuel!
My buddy has a Race fuel mod 2 stroke Blender hooked up to a 3 gallon margarita maker! Drunk

haha, I like the "pure" stuff better though. The gas/oil mix gives me a headache sometimes. Very Happy
