Mostly want it for kid windsurf/kite support and transportation, with occasional tubing and wakeboarding. Not into speed runs and such. Got the impression from HR guy that the price you see, is what you pay--period. I am clueless! Any help out there? Just today I'd written up a post for CraigsList b/c I've only used it 2 days in the last 2 years. Even if you're not interested I'll give you advice on buying the brand new ones.
