ummm, it depends on how big you are and what kind of board your riding...

Unless your like 150lbs or something a 7 meter seems kind of small. With a 9 or 12 you will do just fine. You may be lit up on a 12 on some days but you'll still be stoked.

Lots of folks with 7m - 12m Waroo quivers around here. I have been on my 7m Waroo pretty much exclusively the last 3 weekends (I am 170lbs), but I think a 9m would have worked just as well most of the time.

a 12m waroo will be to big here on most of the days in Hood River. I would recommend at least a 9, on most days a 7 waroo will keep you lit.

In the gorge most days you can drive for more or less wind.

You think a big guy,, say 190lbs could use a 9 waroo for both?

Darn, gues i have to buy a seven then, otherwise i couldĀ“nt bring one. I am pretty new to the sport so i dont know if i can handle a 12m in a 30-35knot wind. i got s***tfaced last summer on porto pollo with my 18m, and i really want to go out on the water this vacation, not sitting on the beach and cry my eys out again. Thank you all for the information.
