If anyone knows Eric Pleas let me know. He was landboarding today with what looked to be a red and black Slingshot kite. He mentioned he didn't have a water board yet but goes landboarding out there every weekend. He is about 6 foot tall with short dark hair and has a newer silver car that might have been a Subaru Outback.
