Where do you think it will be good today. It is still cloudy in the Gorge, but this afternoon has some promise... What do you think.

I am probably going to do HR, unless Stevenson looks good. Stevenson seems to die earlier though, so I might drive the extra 16 miles anyway.

Just got back from a decent session out at the hood. Lots of riders out, on everything from 11m to 17m. Really didn't have a choice other than to rig my 17 (still waiting on a 12/13 to fill in my 9/13/17 quiver) and was pretty lit the whole time. There were times when a 13 woud have been perfect, but then again there were plenty of times when i was one of the only ones able to load and jump, so I'd say it was a pretty even split. Kind of a weird day...the wind wasn't really gusty by gorge standards, but would blow pretty good for about 15 minutes and then die off for 15, only to crank back up again. All in all though it was good to be out on the water for a solid afternoon...anyone else hit up a good monday sess?

Tee-hee, I was just foolin. We were well powered on 13's, steady wind, flat water, smooth swell. Location: near The Dalles.

There were 5 of us, so we thought of starting a boy band: The Backloop Boys

Thumb's Up

Yeah! Lyle rocked..wink wink!
Anyone think Sauvie will come up today?
We could do Lyle again if it doesn't...

nwweather..The central gorge should build into the 15-20 range this afternoon. Dougs and Rowena should be west 14-18 late in the day.

Stayed up all night coming up with the band name did ya or did it just come to you while you & Tom were changing out of your wetsuits? Shocked Shocked

PKH pulls one out of the hat! I'm sitting at the sand bar watching the wind fluctuate & talking to Bri about her winter kiting adventures when Dex runs up and whispers to me "wind is up… were heading East bro, so get with it." Idea

My knees can vouch for the powered up kiting. Sailed with a setting sun on our kites… Finally drug ourselves off the water at dusk. What a sweet session. Way to call it PKH! Thumb's Up

Yes it is. I'm sure you'll pass the time listening to your favorite music from the Back End Boys..... Embarassed
