Hey Henry I saw you getting your kite on today, looked like you were out there for quite some time!

Cheers to everybody who charged it today! Thumb's Up

I dunno Tucker, that beaver looks pretty small, maybe the size of a baby mouse... Wink

Sweet pics too! Was the water temp managable in your suit? I think I'm going to invest in a 4/3 within the next couple days, just so I can start riding in the Columbia again. Did you get a new kite? I see a Oneline upgrade/2006 depower knob! I don't see a Oneline leader though... Am I blind?

And this is off topic, but what exactly is the difference between a Mobe and a Mobius? Not just the kite angle, or is it? 45 degrees higher or lower? PKRA's definition sucks ass!

that beaver was 5 ft from head to tail and grossly obese no joke. The water was pretty good i got away with riding without gloves for most of the day.

Off topic/ from what i understand a mobe is a backroll then an in air handlepass in the same direction of the roll (fs i think). whereas a mobius is a backroll to frontside wrapped landing( a mobe but with no handlepass in the air). Also i did get a new fuel 13 but i as flying the deisel with the fuel bar (temporarily removed 5th line)

That's crazy, I figured it was pretty big, but there's not much aside for the footprints in the sand to relate its size to. Did you pet it? haha!

Thanks for the clarification too! JP and I've been confused for quite awhile because PKRA's defintion says that they're both passes, but with the kite at different angles. Thing is, I've seen both high and shallow angle Mobes, so that make sense. Practicing the Slim Chance and KGB out there today?

And lastly, you're probably the luckiest guys I know!!! I sooo wanna ditch my 11 for a 13, still keeping my 7, since I think a 9 would limit my upper range too much. I think you and I could both manage 5, 9, 13, 17.5 quivers, don't you?

BEDTIME!

Completely off topic (and I'll stop after this): JP and I like animals too. Here's one of JP's buddy, Sturgeon that we found at Lyle. Unfortunately he was sleeping. And here's another of my Golden Retreiver, Payday, who I was trying to teach not to play with the dead Salmon. She likes rocks more than anything... Rolling Eyes

I think she missed which way the rock went...
