Hear that Trevor? It blows away the DR, especially on the best day ever... Wink

Big kudos to Tom to putting the video together. The 40 minute version is awesome too, my favorite kite DVD ever (okay I am bias.)

He put a ton of time into it, which luckily he had a lot of on the week off from work he had after his male enhancement surgery.

I was wondering who else would notice that Mark. I admit I was sneaky but the view was too cool to pass up.

BTW- Besides kiteboarding, Nicole and Jodi (and Adrian) took time to film the bulk of the raw footage. Phil and Nicole took all the stills (tons). Big Thanks! Cool

I have a GL-1 and tripod just waiting to catch the action this summer... Figure I can devise a tripod mount with both the still and video camersa.

I was right next to a guy from Surfer Magazine with the same set-up when I was down in Mexico...

Nice work guys, Bammer

with all this great video footage I think we may need a nw kite vid contest. Have people submit them all summer and vote next winter. You could even have different catagories, ie, best vid, funniest vid, best crash sequence etc. Whatya think?

I like the idea... last season we didn't have too many videos until the very end. Maybe people will be more inspired to post videos this year.

It'd be sweet if we could pool all of our videos together at the end of the year and make one really sweet one. I'm sure if we did it'd be downloaded all over the world.

Sounds like a plan Phil... Thumb's Up

EVERYONE, that means keep your original captured .AVI files (let's keep it digi too - miniDV, DV, HDV, and Digi8)! We don't want to be working with footage that's already been rendered to some low bitrate .mov, .wmv, etc. shiet. 4m/sec+ Very Happy

So you guys know I am not exaggerating when I say "it will be downloaded all over the world" here is a map of site traffic from the last week... the most interesting locations:

San Jose, Costa Rica
Moscow, Russia
Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Florianópolis, Brazil
Perth, Australia
Auckland, New Zealand
Bangkok, Thailand
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Beijing, China

Again, this is just the last week of site visitors.
