I totally saw that guy too. I think I saw him in the bushes with a few other dudes and then again in the parking lot. Apparently he didn't see the sign on the trail that said he was LEAVING the clothing optional area.

Kite Me, you are clearly a very scary dude, if somewhat ignorant of both civility and the law.
Your case is clearly without merit, and even if it weren't, your claims in this thread have ruined any case you would have had. You claim that "admin" put your picture back up afte you took it down. Hate to tell you this, but dozens of people saw "admin" kiteboarding at that time. Obviously what you claim is not possible. It wasn't you who put it back up, was it? It wasn't you who put it up in the first place, was it? Gee, it's not like you have a history here as a troll...
On the other hand, it sure looks like "admin" has a pretty good case of defamation of character. You REALLY might want to consult with a lawyer.
Who do you think a jury is going to listen too, a nice guy who helps people and spends a lot of free time helping raise money for cancer research, or an internet troll who's ignorant posts could end up costing some poor newb their life? Pray that "admin" is a lot better person than you are.
