| Would be sick with some new Comp Straps. Just picked mine up from Pepi at 2nd at lunch. He has 5 or 6 more pairs. The Comp straps are hard to come by in the US at the moment so get them while their hot! |

The new Comp Straps are $159.99. Little pricey but fuck it man, I was just down in San Carlos taking super knarly landings on kiteloops that I couldn't get the kite all the way around on and the board stayed secured and the impact was relatively easy on the knees considering I was dropping out of the sky from 10 feet.
I just called and got some prices on some of their other pads: The Luxury pads are $139.99 and the Profiles are $99.00. I know they have some of last year's Luxury pads for $99. |

| Just picked up a Recoil and Comp straps from Pepi the other day. Got plenty of time on the board this wknd at RR and HR. 134 single concave - great in the chop with lots of grip and pop. Doesn't spray ya in the face either. Straps are big improvement from last year. Materials are a bit stiffer with more support and the lace up straps tighten down for a narrower grip on your foot. Gives you a much more direct feel with the board. |
