| I will be in Los Barriles Baja nov22-dec4. Renting a house with some non-kiting compadres 1.5mi North of town. I have have waroo 12, 9, 7 a 138cm board and a 151cm. Do I need all three kites and both boards? Whats teh wind that time of year? The 151cm might be a bit sketch getting on the airplane. Is there a common place where kiters congregate and launch, areas to stay away from? I would like to be around a few other kiters for launches and in case I loose a board or something. How is the crime? Can I leave kites and board in a car or will it get looted. Anything cool to check out on the low wind days? |

leave the 151 take all your kites
you will be right next to the kiting area, just walk to the beach and look around
its a relatively safe area - safer than most areas in the US - i would still pay attention as times they are a changing
you coud check out cabo pulmo or drive up to punta pescadero or even up to La Ventana, La Paz, or back into Cabo
personally i would grab some cerveza and sit on the beach
the water will be warm and it can be quite windy that time of year
