Most Seattle kiters tend to go to Jetty Island for the summer northerlies. There are some spots in greater seattle, however it can be pretty hit or miss. jetty island should go tonight and the forecast may hold for Thursday but probably doubtful.
It looks like it turns to SW on Thursday, however it is very kitable on SW by going to Richmond beach or possibly Lake Washington. The weekend up here looks pretty southerly as well. It's usually 12m-16m conditions in the summer when it does blow. I tend to watch for the wind in the Admiralty inlet as well as Puget Sound.

If you are up here and need some more wind/beach info, feel free to give me a call. 206 715 6524
