				| Depends on the kid/weight. Small 4 stroke. Full gear. Easy terrain/trail riding. Time on the bike with constant reminders of proper technigue over speed. Youtube for tips. 
 If he takes to it, he'll find stupid things to launch off soon enough and then get him to Washougal for practice days so he can roll a real track and watch the pros ride it. It will blow his mind how fast they are.
 
 The crossover/similarity of bikes to kites with harnessing power & balance is why so so many motos are strapped to the back of our kite rigs.
 
 Hope he loves it.
