Does anyone input of NOAA's definition of what "today" and "Tonight" means? Looking for a specific time.
When does "tonight" or "night" begin?

Daytime is when you can see the sun from where you are, and its light and heat can reach you.
Nighttime is when the sun is on the other side of the Earth from you, and its light and heat don't get to you.

What is the difference between "mostly cloudy" and "partly sunny"?

It’s when you stuff way too much coke in a small vial. I thought everyone knew that?
