I didn't know that Johnny Utah was at Indian Beach.
Very funny slam on kiting from poleboaders. I got to say those that can ride proficiently on breaking ocean waves sure look like they are having fun and look so graceful.

I have to tip my hat to windsurfing equipment when it comes to the better tools for riding giant waves. Given the longer and heavier board combined with the weight of the sail rig pushing downward on the nose, sailboards can maintain higher speeds with greater control than kiteboards which are tending to want to jump out of the water with all the lift of the wind rushing up the huge wave faces. Check out the mega aerial off the lip that Jason Polakow pulls at 1:10 in this video.
