Hey PNW Kite Friends! Kiteboarding 4 Cancer is THIS WEEKEND!
Pre-registration closes Thursday at midnight but there will be on-site registration on Friday and Saturday morning. The past two years we have hit capacity by about 9 am Saturday morning, so make sure you register online or fundraise (min. $1000 to get FREE registration) by Thursday!
Patagonia has put up some incredible prizes this year including $500 gift cards, tote bags, black hole bags, and even new Yulex wetsuits! 🙌 There are trips to La Ventana, Dakine luggage, a Fletcher Chouinard Designs kite surfboard up for auction and sooooo much more!
Don't forget FRIDAY's KITE DEMO!
Come try gear from Slingshot, Airush, Liquid Force, Naish, CORE Kites, FCD and Duotone as well as bring your things that are in deep need of repair to the Patagonia Worn Wear guys! Event Site launching & landing is ONLY open to demo participants and you must get a bracelet from a demo brand in order to participate!
.... and the FRIDAY KICKOFF PARTY!
The stellar Vitamin D is playing at the Ruins, which will guarantee the best DANCE PARTY EVER. We have a brand new 2019 RadWagon Electric Cargo Power Bike as the Grand Prize raffle item (courtesy Cascade Kiteboarding) for the Kickoff Party Raffle. Tickets are $5 to get in, and $5 for raffle! Don't miss it!

One logistical head's up this year that is different from previous years:
The Port of Hood River is charging for parking at KB4C this year as they do every weekend at the event site; we have no control over this. This won't affect pass holders and this event will always remain FREE to attend!
