				| Wow, this was quite the find, thanks for sharing!
I'm an older kiter who deals more with chronic pains from age and a desk job, but many of these are certainly inspiring to try. When I started suffering from lower back pain a few years ago I turned to foam rollers and myofascial release, which had worked wonders for me in younger years as a competitive cyclist.

Also I bolted into my garage some padded dip-chair/pull-up bars I got from Amazon for $36 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BXXTWOC). I use a step stool to hang from these to do leg lifts, L-hangs, and knee-to-chest twists. It's not quite the core-builder as the workouts outlined in this guide, but my back pains disappeared, belly trimmed a little, and having a regularly-scheduled routine break while working from home was well worth it.

Wondering if anyone else has found any resources they'd like to share as we get ready for long sessions on the water?

With the longer days and warm weather (well not here yet. . . ) I've been doing more 12oz curls. Usually Heinekens work best for me, but I sometimes venture out to break the routine and cross-train with the 16oz Grolsch. A 16oz Grolsch that is truck driver frosty cold is living!

				| The type of kiting you do should determine the level of fitness you should be in… this visual is a good guide…

				| @shred Glad you find some of these exercises inspiring! I was definitely stoked to find some new movements to add to my routine.
Good idea on the L-sits, etc. It always seems like no amount of core strengthening prepares me for the first few sessions on the water, but those will certainly help!

@sasquatch 12 oz crunches are a must! Try to fit those in a few times/week for good measure
