Check the hourly below the forecast. 5-9pm is your sweet spot Very Happy

One of the best easy to read models to look at. Just check wind gust because that rather than wind speed and direction, I find to be more in line with the actual wind speed. Sky cover is a good one to check too.

This link is a link to the coast through hood river, you have to scroll around or zoom out to see out east.
