lowtide at 4:08 from the st helens tide table. at what point/amount of time after the change back from outgoing to incoming have people found has had an effect on upwind riding/holding ground? |

We're just down river from st helens. We've found its about an hour after low tide it starts getting more difficult to get upwind. |

St Helens tide, believe it or not, is quite a bit off from the tide at SI. Look up tides for "Knapp Landing, Washington". That's as close to SI kite beach as you can get.
