Kite bag taken from Viento 7/20 & car hit at event site

Blue, Best Bag containing my Chacos, pump and various other random items.
Left in the trees at the Viento beach as I departed for a downwinder to the Spit. Perhaps someone picked it up thinking that it was left accidently.

...and a side note: Someone hit my wife's car Saturday evening while legally parked well off the north side of the access road between the 76 and the Spit toll booth, causing significant damage and didn't leave a note. The damage appears to be done by a tall white vehicle. Totally sux.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows the whereabouts of my kite bag or saw our car getting hit.
